Val Thorens has been crowned ‘World’s Best Ski Resort’ nine times since 2013, most recently in 2024 — and for good reason. The resort perfectly balances high-altitude performance with a lively village atmosphere and modern infrastructure. From high-altitude après at La Folie Douce and Bar 360 to the adrenaline-pumping 6km toboggan run, Val Thorens packs in plenty off the slopes too.
